Job Details:
Successful sales and bid strategies including estimates and budgets from plan specifications and conceptual information. Develop project estimates mechanical systems based upon conceptual and/or schematic descriptions of scope for commercial HVAC piping, sheet metal, design build, new and retrofit projects.
Knowledge on Heatload calculations & HVAC items like Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU/FCU, Fans, Valves, Dampers and other accessories etc., Conduct “take-offs” pricing, general administrative and subcontractor cost analysis and the final estimation summary.
